A single father who owned his own trucking company owed $125,000 in sole proprietorship taxes and $10,000 in personal income taxes. The client had to shut down his sole proprietorship, but Omni prevented the IRS from issuing a levy on his property. The IRS finally accepted an Offer in Compromise for $13,000, or just under 10% of his tax liability.
